Team Requirements

• Customers are requested to provide Ladder, Water and Electric connection
• Need normal clean water, Team have folding laundry tub.
• Electricity point, team have 80-90 meter long wire.
• Society permission, if required, needs to be taken beforehand by the client

• Team daily thermal checkup.
• At the time of cleaning service team wearing mask, cloves, shoe cover.

Terms & Conditions

• SKKS team will not move any heavy furniture, has to be done by the client
• We do notguarantee removal of old stains / hard stains, however, we will try to remove it to the best of our ability without damaging the surface
• Customers are requested to lock all valuables during the service
• Bedroom Cupboards & Kitchen Loft are cleaned only externally
• Inaccessible areas are not covered in the scope of work
• In home cleaning and office cleaning services. Doesn`t include electric appliance internal cleaning.
• Doesn`t include sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning or any other upholstery cleaning.
• Chimney internal cleaning is not included in the services.
